Many climate experts are wary of mixing evidence with anecdote. But facts are rarely remembered unless they are framed by stories. In this interactive workshop, TED’s head of speaker coaching will help you refine your climate story and deliver your most impactful message.

As extreme weather becomes more frequent, it is no longer just an environmental challenge, but a creative and operational one. This session brings together leaders from across the creative industries to explore how extreme weather is reshaping the way cultural moments are made.
The climate crisis is a health crisis, and solutions are not being implemented at the speed the science demands. Why not, and what can culture do about it? In a private working session, leaders across policy, technology, philanthropy, science, and culture will develop new strategies to reframe climate through lived experience and turn attention into collective action.

Most of us have given in ways that left us genuinely full expanding our sense of possibility and connecting us to what we care about. Behavioral scientists Elizabeth Dunn and Jiaying Zhao have spent years studying why, and they’ve found it isn’t simply a matter of how much we give. It’s a matter of how. Join us and Jennifer Kitt, President at Climate Lead, for an intimate, interactive conversation exploring what makes giving genuinely meaningful.
